The Oxford/Berkeley Collaboration (OBC) is designed to facilitate the exchange of graduate research students (D. Phil., M. Phil., MSW-Ph. D., and Ph.D.) between the Department of Social Policy and Social Work, University of Oxford, and the School of Social Welfare, University of California Berkeley. The exchange would involve up to four students a year from each institution. These students would serve as Visiting Scholars, Researchers, Academic Visitors or Recognised Students according to the designation of the host institutions. The student exchange would involve participation in the host institution for a period normally of three to six months, (for more information, please have a look at The Oxford/Berkeley Collaboration Handbook)
