Welcome to the Department of Social Policy and Intervention at the University of Oxford. We are an interdisciplinary centre of excellence for research and teaching in social policy and the systematic evaluation of social interventions.

The academic backgrounds of members of staff include social policy, sociology, demography, political science, geography and psychology.
